Crew technical analysis associates act as liaisons between business and technology teams, assisting in the design, development, and testing of technical solutions.
Responsibilities:
Maintain and manage Salesforce for multiple branches during the transition period
Assist staff with Salesforce-related issues and training
Manage workflows, reports, and data integrity within Salesforce
Collaborate on the migration process to Jack Henry and assist with data transfer
Ensure system security and compliance with banking regulations
Qualifications:
2-3 years of Salesforce admin experience (certification preferred)
Experience in banking or financial services (a plus)
Strong communication skills and the ability to train non-technical users
Familiarity with system migrations is a bonus
The salary range for this role is $62,000 to $85,000 or the hourly equivalent.
