Seeking a Senior Document Specialist to assist our client in the migration of documents from one database
to another database (likely Veeva Vault Quality). This is a short term Contract role for 3-4 months and offers the flexibility of working remotely.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Download quality documents from the existing database
  • Modify file names / titles in accordance with TORL Bio s preferred nomenclature
  • Upload quality documents to the new database (potentially Veeva Vault Quality), organizing the files in a pre-specified folder structure
  • Track approval and review workflow in the new database
  • Provide twice weekly progress updates including status of each document to supervisor and escalate any issues to supervisor to ensure prompt resolution

Job Requirements
Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree or equivalent in life sciences (Biology, Chemistry, etc.)
  • Fluent in English language, written and verbal
  • Excellent written, analytical, and oral communication skills
  • Experience with Veeva Vault Quality systems
  • Experience with Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), Adobe, SharePoint

Preferred Experience

  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively in a team environment while working from a remote work location
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced small company environment with minimal direction and able to adjust workload based upon changing priorities
