  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.

Job Description -

Title: SAP Support Specialist with IDoc

Duration: 6 Month contract

Location: Fully Remote( location NC) candidates from EST zone

MOI: Phone then video

Must have Pharma experience and IDoc.

Primary Responsibilities

  • This role involves monitoring of ServiceNow ticketing portal throughout the day and either route or resolve issues based on the ticket category and severity.
  • Provide support for SAP for various issues such as iDoc failures, interface issues with systems such as MODA and LIMS for level 1 issues, and routing of tickets to the appropriate Subject Matter Expert (SME) or Information Technology (IT) resource.
  • Requires summarizing issues in some cases for interface or batch issues and providing summaries to various client resources. May also involve monitoring the closing of tickets that have been forwarded to other resources.
  • This role will involve administrative tasks such as user id creation and maintenance as well as providing new or updates to user access to business functionality and data.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3+ years in the Life Sciences industry.
  • Experience in supporting SAP Modules, interfaces and administration.
  • Ability to work on multiple concurrent project initiatives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly motivated, enthusiastic to learn and share ideas and solutions effectively with management and colleagues.
  • Strong collaboration with colleagues at all levels.
  • Strong customer service and teamwork oriented.
  • Highly flexible, adapting to changes in priorities, requirements and processes is required.

Education

  • BS/BA required in a related field.
  • 3+ years minimum required relevant experience.
