  • Familiarity with tools and technologies such as Azure, AWS, and other cloud platforms is beneficial.
  • Strategic Planning: The ability to develop and implement strategies for the digital experience platform to align with the organization's objectives.
  • This includes planning and executing digital initiatives that improve user experience and drive business growth.
  • Collaboration: Excellent collaboration skills to work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and customer service.
  • The DEP Lead must be able to gather requirements, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Performance Monitoring: The ability to monitor the performance of the digital platform and make data-driven decisions to optimize its effectiveness.
  • This involves analyzing user behavior, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and implementing improvements based on insights.
  • Innovation and Improvement: A continuous drive to explore new technologies and trends to enhance the digital experience.
  • The DEP Lead should be able to identify opportunities for innovation and implement best practices to stay ahead in the digital landscape.
  • Communication: Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • The DEP Lead must be able to articulate the value of digital initiatives to stakeholders and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • These skills are crucial for ensuring the success of digital initiatives and delivering a seamless and engaging experience for users.
  • To design and develop new tools as per the client s requirements and or customize the existing tools.
  • To lead the technical design , ensuring alignment with business requirements, industry standards, and best practices, while determining the optimal configuration of modules, databases, interfaces, and integrations to support business processes.
  • To prepare capability presentations, assessments, proposal preparation.
  • To coordinate project management related activities like creating project plans, allocating resources, and coordinating activities among team members and stakeholders.
  • To support the professional growth and development of the consulting team members by training, and mentorship.
