Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary liaison between outside sales representatives, attorneys, and clinics to ensure clear and consistent communication.
- Coordinate and streamline communication processes to support sales, legal, and clinic-related marketing initiatives.
- Maintain schedules and organize meetings, calls, and updates between key stakeholders.
- Assist in the development of marketing materials and presentations to support sales and clinic operations.
- Ensure that all messaging is aligned with their brand, values, and strategic goals.
- Track and report on the effectiveness of communication strategies, offering suggestions for improvement.
- Support the marketing team with administrative tasks and other duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in a marketing coordination or communication-focused role.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and marketing software.
- Team player with a positive attitude and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Salary: $42,000 - $50,400
