CEI s direct client has an immediate need for an IAM Engineer at Remote

Contract to Hire role with Fortune 100 Bank.

Location ideally remote EST time zone

Function of the group: This position supports the Centralized Certification Team (CCT) in administering WIAM certifications, gathering and establishing metrics, creating standardized process documentation, conducting quality assurance processes and ensuring the overall WIAM governance program health (especially within the Privileged space).

Team dynamic:
Direct technical team and internal customers (internal employees participating in certifications). Team specifically dedicated to metrics and another team with standardized documentation. Internal auditors and second line of defense.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Adequately documenting all WIAM governance/certification processes from pre-review, mid-review and post-review activities.
Creating, executing and providing metrics on a robust Quality Assurance to ensure WIAM review framework integrity.
Expertise with our current IGA/PAM tooling: Oracle Identity Manager, CyberArk, and PIG (Privileged Identity Governance, home grown).
Able to execute all governance processes in a timely manner to cover all platforms at PNC when legacy review/certification processes are formally retired.
BAU activities related to CCT workload.
Technical Skills: SharePoint, SQL, Cyberark top three. Word / Viso for documentation

Understanding of fine grain and coarse grain access permissions/authorizations, including entitlements management
Understanding authorization models and concepts, such as ACLs, DACLs, RBAC, ABAC, Policy/Claims
Understanding of identity, credential, and access management concepts - technical/engineering skills (NOT a project manager), with experience with Oracle Identity Manager (OIM)
Ability to manage large amounts of data within Excel, including use of data models, macros, pivot tables, reporting and dashboarding
Ability to manage large data sets via execution of SQL queries and have some experience with working with MS Access database
Administering SharePoint
Experience with CyberArk and an understanding of identity, credential, and access management concepts
Experience with Service Now (Incident, Change Management, Request)
Experience with handling Audit requests
Experience with creating procedures, SOPs and Job aids

Soft Skills:
Ability to clearly communicate with team members, leadership, executive leadership, and customers - internally as well as externally - including ability to meet critical timelines to achieve success
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot issues and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently, should be detail oriented, and be able to work in a team environment
Experience with scoping and reviewing internal customer requests
Degrees/Certifications:
High School Degree and Bachelor's degree (BS in Finance or BBA in Information Systems)/relevant field or equivalent work experience required.
4-5 years working with data integrity for security master maintenance across fixed income and equity products.
