  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description:

  • The Network Site Coordinator position will provide technical assistance and assessment of designated NYS OMH facilities via the NYS ITS Network Site Consultation process.
    This will include but not limited to circuit bandwidth, Voice Over IP (VoIP) phone system upgrades and wireless upgrades.
    The position will require travel to complete the physical site assessments.

Qualifications:

  • IT Specialist- Works in the field of Information Technology, experienced in the usage and support of a collection of development platforms, technical architectures or business applications and products that run on those platforms - beyond that of a Programmer.
    Senior- 5-7years: Candidate is able to work independently, without assistance and provides guidance to others.
    May have an advanced education.
    5 years of Experience installing/troubleshooting PCs and Printers
    5 years of Experience installing/troubleshooting servers
    1 years of Experience installing/troubleshooting VOIP phones
    5 years of Experience installing/troubleshooting data communications equipment
    5 years of Experience conducting technical site surveys
    5 years of Experience data cable installation/troubleshooting
    3 years of Experience conducting inventory control
    3 years of Experience in desktop support

Day-to-Day tasks:

  • Consultant will work on equipment installation, relocation and removal.
    The consultant will be working on VOIP phones, WAPS, and data communications equipment for supporting the NYS Office of Mental Health (OMH).
    Consultant will participate in the planning and execution of all phases of project including: request analysis, site surveys, site preparation, cable trouble-shooting and installation, asset management, inventory control, and network assistance.
