Need a senior consultant in this space, also this consultant should have some knowledge in helping with transitioning functionality from SAP CRM into S4 since we are going to eventually sunset CRM next year.

Job Description

  • Collect Business Requirements from Clients
  • Design and develop Technical solution that will meet Client s business requirements on top of SAP C4C standard functionality
  • Configure, format, customize, and test SAP C4C solution.
  • Determine gaps, problems, and workaround solutions.
  • Act as liaison with SAP C4C customers for troubleshooting (investigating, analyzing, and solving software problems).
  • Support the customer with in-depth technical knowledge on both new executions and existing projects.
  • Support solution architects on a technical level during the sales process
  • Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Proven experience in successfully implementing projects in the SAP CRM environment or with relevant technologies related to CRM
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in English (German is a plus)
  • To be self-driven and always up to date with the latest technology and to acquire this knowledge self-sufficiently.
  • Preferred skills
  • Current technical certification for SAP S/4HANA Cloud products or any relevant CRM technology
  • Experience from working around ??(IT) consulting, as a software developer or in the technical CRM environment
  • Extensive technical experience working on large, complex, cross-solution software integration projects
  • Experience in working directly with customers and partners on projects or in providing specialized services
