About the Opportunity

As the Customer Success Manager, you'll be the main point of contact for our growing customer base, ensuring a delightful NonBioS experience. We are focused on creating raving fans of NonBioS. We need someone who can empathize with customers, lead strategic conversations, and refine our onboarding programs. As a young team, each member plays an integral role in shaping our customer success foundation.

Role Responsibilities

  • Be the primary point of contact for customers, addressing questions and requests efficiently.
  • Lead new customer onboardings, working with Sales and Operations for a seamless experience.
  • Improve the onboarding process to reduce time and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Engage with customers through regular touchpoints, delivering insights and helping operationalize NonBioS AI data.
  • Communicate the value of the NonBioS platform, showcasing benefits like improved code quality and reduced development times.
  • Document account activities using CRM tools for clear communication across teams.
  • Identify signs of customer churn and drive renewals and upsell opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to relay feedback and influence product development.

About You

  • 3+ years in a customer-facing role, preferably in tech or AI.
  • High-energy, passionate about customer success, and helping customers achieve their business goals.
  • Experience in program or project management, focused on onboarding or customer processes.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present to both technical and business audiences.
  • Customer empathy, with the ability to understand needs and align solutions to business goals.
  • Integrity in all customer interactions, building trust externally and internally.
  • Adaptable, willing to try new approaches, learn from failures, and find new ways to help customers succeed.
  • Experience in a high-growth startup, with resilience and flexibility.
  • Open to visiting customer offices in the Bay Area 3 days a week to build strong relationships.
