  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Remote OK, with visits to the site as requested by the client. Close proximity to the site in New Albany Ohio is HIGHLY preferred.

Pay up to $74/hr.

Project Name: AOH Advanced Automation Projects

Description: Milestone is seeking a strong technical Project Manager II with Pharma Manufacturing experience to support a cutting-edge technology solution for our client. The Sr. Project Manager will be responsible to manage three (3) separate workstreams and must have Validated systems in biotech/pharma, Manufacturing and automation projects. Strong traditional PM skills familiar with Agile/Scrum (not SAFe). Also, client highly prefers candidates who live near the New Albany, Ohio manufacturing plant.

Required:

  • Complex validated systems in biotech/pharma
  • Manufacturing / Automation projects
  • Excellent PM Skills
  • Manage project plan, project financials, resource plan, RAID etc.
  • Provide regular status reporting to senior leadership
  • Facilitate status meetings, Scrum meetings (DSU, sprint planning, retrospective etc.)
  • Agile, Scrum
  • Excellent communication
  • Attention to detail
  • Critical thinking
  • Proactive leadership

Preferred

  • Understanding of testing applications (Kneat, HP Quality Center)
  • PMP and/or Scrum certification
  • BA experience
  • Excellent organization and planning skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent listening and discernment skills
  • Experience managing vendor and stakeholder relationships
  • Experience developing executive level PowerPoint presentations
  • Project Management methodologies; Waterfall; Agile/Scrum
  • MS-Office; Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, SharePoint required
