  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Business Analyst

Location: Annapolis, MD 21401

Long Term Contract role

The Integrations Business Analyst will gather and document the application and system requirements for several projects under development, develop test plans, perform systems testing, coordinate user acceptance testing, and provide support for problem tracking and resolution. Services will also include the support of the refinement of existing systems development life cycle methodologies and Project Management Office standards and practices as needed.

Must have Qualifications:

  • Active Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
  • Master s degree in information systems.
  • Experience with court or a legal background.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ten (10) years experience in Information Technology (IT)

Responsibilities:

  • Documenting existing systems and/or business processes.
  • Interviewing users to determine functional requirements for new development and enhancement projects.
  • Working with technical leads and developers to understand, develop, and refine project technical requirements.
  • Assisting in the development and refinement of systems development methodology processes and artifacts as needed.
  • Assisting in the tracking and reporting of project status as required in support of project and Project Management Office efforts.
  • Performing data analysis in support of projects and develop database inquiries as needed.
  • Coordinating use of business analysis, project requirements, test planning, tracking, problem reporting throughout projects
  • Conducting Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions and coordinate business unit review and approval of project functional requirements and test plans.
  • Weekly time reporting focused on total time and segments of time allocated to tasks or projects. Reporting will be via templates and/or time and activities tracking software.
