Project: Traffic and Parking Modernization

Work Mode: Hybrid. (May be required to come into the office if manager deemed necessary)

Work Duties:

• Lead the design and development efforts for systems integrations with new software and coordinate efforts with other technical and Vendors leads on larger technical implementation
• Work with project management team to manage integration architecture and specifications through the development lifecyc
• Review and advise on technical requirements and specifications for the new software implementation, including the estimation of a clear and realistic timeline for deliverabl
• Write, design and maintain all technical documentation to serve as technical baseline for the software development and implementation, e. Technical Diagrams, Network Diagrams, Deployment Architecture Diagram.
• Manage the software developers deliverables quality against technical requirements.
• Support the IT Manager and Program Manager on managing, tracking, and forecasting of solution development, against project milestones and timeline, via Agile met
• Work collaboratively with Vendor s technical team to support the software implementation, including communicating and explaining our systems architecture to facilitate decisions related to the design of efficient and logical solution
• Lead the product deliverables testing and validation of the user acceptance process, working with both users and technical teams to identify the UAT plan.
• Create a technical plan to implement different types of software testing throughout the implementation: smoke, sanity, platform testing, compliance tests, among other
• Create a plan and strategy, using Agile, to fix technical issues and bugs, with minimum impact maximum et a, during pre-production phase and post-launch phas
• Plan the architecture of the technical environments structure and support Vendor s deployment strategy. Define the software compliance, including the tools needed to monitor internal systems, to comply with required standards and regulations.

• Work in an Agile environment, preferably using Microsoft Azure DevOps.
• Project management responsibilities relating to integration tasks, working with County and vendor resources, including planning and coordinating integration activities.
• Work collaboratively with various parties to evaluate software systems, identify technical requirements, design, and implement interfaces.
• Design and implement interfaces between software systems.
• Lead integration testing and validation activities and acceptance, working with both business customers and technical teams to identify and resolve issues.
