What You Will Do :

• Work closely with Public Sector Financial Services Leaders to influence clients and to deliver IT solutions to our clients.

This includes:

• Foster new and current relationship to drive new project revenue in the Technology Consulting Space
• Lead Captures of large and complex Technology opportunities, leveraging assets of Guidehouse
• Spearhead teaming with software/hardware providers in selling, developing and delivering technology projects for our clients
• End to end oversight or management of IT client engagements - ensuring detailed project plans, scope and budget definition, resource allocation, product delivery, maintenance to deliver excellence and profitability.
• Work with project leaders and clients to ensure and facilitate organized project timelines are met, including generating estimates for project complexity and duration
• Serve as the executive and point person in client communications so you can influence and manage key client relationships and align developer/client interactions
• Provide leadership and mentoring to team members on project development and client management skills
• Build, manage and mature trusted client relationship and expectations before and throughout project lifecycle that deliver excellence in client satisfaction and referenceable client work.

What You Will Need :

• 15+ years of Technology Consulting (eg Big 4) experience, building technology solutions to include large-scale IT modernization initiatives in a variety of different environments (private, public, hybrid cloud), and software development lifecycle methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)
• 10+ years of experience leading business development pursuits
• Strong understanding of the Financial Services Industry and PSFS client/s organizations.
• Demonstrated ability to drive new business in technology consulting through relationships/teaming and subject matter expertise.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or IT-related strongly preferred
• Background in managing enterprise level web and software development projects

What Would Be Nice To Have :

• Certified Scrum Master, PMP, PMI, CSM or other relevant certifications
• Previous experience interfacing with clients in consulting environment as a leader
• Well-versed in cloud migrations with leading Cloud Service Providers
• Excellent ability to multi-task (you'll be managing 2-4 projects simultaneously)
• Very good command of English - written and verbal
• Outstanding organization, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills
• Experience managing or mentoring other project managers

The annual salary range for this position is $209,600.00-$524,100.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
