What will you do? The Staffing Resource Delivery Manager (RDM) is responsible for client strategy including client relationships, service delivery and growth of the account(s) tied to specific growth targets. You will own the overall growth, including responsibility for the P&L, EBIT and contribution along with program optimization. This role will be the SPOC for the account and will collaborate, coach and provide strategic direction to the offshore and nearshore recruitment teams to ensure quality profiles are delivered to the customer. As an RDM, you are expected to be SME in the Business Unit/Domain specific offering and will be utilized as an SME when collaborating with the team and client. This is a hybrid opportunity in the Greater Atlanta Area and the RDM will be at the client site(s) as needed, at least twice a week. This role is eligible for bonus, which is paid based on account growth. If this sounds exciting, this is the right opportunity for you! Responsibilities: Harvest current Stefanini relationships and leverage personal network and/or other networks to identify and pursue opportunities and implement appropriate long-term strategies.Lead by example, be in the weeds, and be willing to insert yourself into the recruitment and delivery process at all levels.Perform intake calls with recruiters, and interview preps and post interview follow up with candidates.Manage day-to-day and account management activities from following up on timecards to having strategic conversations with clients.Lead and propose new ideas and drive change.Building relationships with the end-clients and partners, promoting high-end technical and functional consultants.Cold calling and client visits, identifying decision makers, and working through the sales process to close additional business.Strong technical and business functional acumen in understanding of job specifications in business domain like IT, Functional, Professional, etc.Establish and maintain interview and hire statistics, as well as other appropriate metrics. Report outputs to management to validate the effectiveness of recruiters and/or recruiting programs.Manage all pre- and post- recruitment activities, including monitoring assigned daily tasks to ensure that all accounts were served, and the capacity utilization was optimized.

What do you need to succeed? 5+ years experience in Account Management within a staffing environment. 5+ years experience in staffing, recruitment, or professional services sales is a must.Experience working with recruitment or delivery team to reach goals/metrics. Experience with onboarding employees with assistance from onboarding team.Effectively handle employee relations issues as they arise.Proven success building client relationships by arranging onsite meetings.Exposure working with global teams or offshore/nearshore recruiting teams.Ensure invoicing/billing is correct within VMS and internal systems.A proven track record in achieving targeted sales results or quota.Availability to travel 10%, usually quarterly.Fluency in Spanish is nice to have but not required.
