How You'll Make an Impact
Epsilon is seeking a high-performingSenior Director of Strategyto lead digital and data-driven marketing strategy, integration of paid and owned marketing, and business solutioning of marketing data, tools, and technologies.You are a senior-level client delivery leader, able to represent multiple strategy disciplines. You will translate complex business challenges into tangible opportunities for improvement that drive growth for our clients and grow Epsilon strategic services and organization-wide revenue and profitability.
  • Work together to win together: You will report into the Strategic Business Consulting practice which combines traditional management consulting methodologies with digital marketing and technology experience. The mission is to help Fortune 500 CMOs, CDOs and CTOs transform their marketing organizations to adopt, grow and capitalize on the latest, disruptive marketing technologies and tools.
  • Innovate with purpose: You will work on complex issues for multiple enterprise level clients, driving cross-disciplinary teams through a prescriptive marketing optimization roadmap.

What You'll Achieve
  • Impact: You will lead client consulting engagements for Epsilon's clients, collaborating in the cultivation and execution of marketing strategy and transformation engagements that create business value for clients and generate growth for Epsilon.
  • Career Growth: The Senior Director will have the opportunity to expand Epsilon's engagements and gain experience supporting different markets as we continue to expand internationally. You will have the opportunity to grow a team of direct reports.

Who You Are
  • What you'll bring with you:
    • 10+ years of professional experience in data-driven and digital marketing environments.
      • You will own integration of paid and owned marketing as well as business solutioning of marketing data, tools, and technologies.
      • Traditional CRM, loyalty, and customer-centric marketing planning
      • Business, marketing, or technology transformation experience
      • Global marketing experience is a plus
    • Proven Strategic Success: You will create CRM contact strategies and marketing playbooks (go-to-market contact blueprints).
      • Identify and recommend Email, Direct Mail and Digital contact strategies to maximize customer engagement and are rationalized through marketing ROI
      • Translate contact strategy recommendations for creative development and execution in tech platforms
      • Work with analytics and data teams to assess and identify target audiences, segments, and personas
      • Consult on and help design messaging tactics including channel(s), content, formats, targeting, offers, timing and cadence
      • Provide actionable data-driven customer and market insights to design, develop, and deploy relevant loyalty strategies and associated omni-channel communication strategies
      • Define performance metrics, marketing reports, executive dashboards, and measurement schemes and make recommendations to continuously measure, track, report, learn, and optimize program strategies and tactics
    • Business Consulting Approach: You are an innovative problem solver who is capable of challenge conventional approaches. You will independently lead multiple consulting engagements for Enterprise accounts, managing all key internal and external stakeholders. You should have a superior grasp of financial analysis and business case concepts while leveraging a service-oriented mindset, building relationships. You should have a strong business acumen and understanding of industry or practice-area subject matter expertise.
    • Proven Ability in Business Development: You will design and develop the strategy-led story in client pursuits, applying strategy capabilities to solve marketing problems. You lead the room with industry or domain expertise. Prices and scopes are core areas of your pitch responses.
    • Superior Communication Skills:You are an exemplary communicator with both internal and external constituents. You have a strong business writing acumen and can convey complex ideas clearly and concisely for professional audiences.
    • Sales Support Experience: You help develop and secure revenue opportunities by leading pursuit teams for strategic services and Epsilon-wide solutions with clients and prospects.
    • Leadership Competencies: You are comfortable around higher management, hiring and staffing. You have strategic agility with ability to manage vision and purpose while dealing with paradox
