LOCAL RATE (UNDER 50 MILE RADIUS) $64** Position Description: NICU / Special Care Nursery - min. 5 years experience, Level III NICU patient population; no cooling, no nitric oxide. Must be able to do heel sticks, start PIVs, special equipment: iStat machine, glucometer, central line UA and UV. Only reasonable time off considered 3-7 days, which will need to be screened to client. Ratio - 1:1-2 ICU Babies, 1:3-4 grower feeders. / Navy Scrubs / natural nails / Floating required, if need, to L&D as NAN, and post-partum to help with babies. No self-scheduling. EMR: Epic Required Upon Submission: BLS, NRP required at time of submission. Bed size/EMR/NICU Level need to be included on all work history entries or file will be dropped. MD/Compact license verified through current NURSYS required. COVID vaccine required. Medical Declination accepted, Must have signed and authorized documentation from Physician in packet or submission will be dropped. UMMS does not accept religious COVID declinations.
