Job Description:

  • Strategic Planning: Developing and aligning the long-term vision, goals, and objectives for their area of responsibility, in collaboration with cross-functional executives.
  • Operational Oversight: Monitoring the execution of business plans, identifying, and addressing challenges, and ensuring operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Resource Allocation: Optimizing the allocation of resources, including personnel, budget, and technology, to support the achievement of strategic priorities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinating with other senior leaders across the organization to align initiatives, share knowledge, and drive enterprise-wide initiatives.
  • Talent Management: Providing guidance and direction to their management team, supporting their professional development, and building a high-performing and engaged workforce.
  • Stakeholder Management: Serving as the primary point of contact for key internal and external stakeholders, such as customers, partners, and industry influencers, to strengthen relationships and gather critical insights.
  • Decision-Making: Leveraging their deep domain expertise and business acumen to make strategic decisions that balance short-term operational needs with long-term growth opportunities.
  • Innovation and Transformation: Fostering a culture of innovation and driving the adoption of new technologies, processes, and business models to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Governance and Compliance: Ensuring that the business unit or functional area adheres to relevant policies, regulations, and industry standards to mitigate risks and maintain the company's reputation.
  • To drive program implementation, identify and mitigate risks to ensure smooth management of all the programs.
  • To manage program budget, operations, and deliverables for multiple programs by removing roadblocks for smooth program management
  • To focus on relationship management with the concerned stakeholders and provide the necessary synergy to ensure alignment with the program delivery. E.g.: Works closely with other technical advisors or CTO or CIO in customer organizations and external vendors as required to manage cross-functional prioritization, execution, issue or risk identification, and resolution
  • To establish, track and review KPI or Metrics and manage key Program Partners or Stakeholders interest of multiple programs.
  • To develop strategy and direction for meeting the overall objective.
