Top Secret Clearance Required | Hybrid | 5 Yrs | Sep/Oct Start | ACES is seeking Planning, Programming, Budget, Execution (PPBE) Analyst to support DoD CIO. Hybrid Work requires TOP SECRET CLEARANCE on 5-Year Contract at offices in the Mark Center, Pentagon, and Crystal City. Work involves PPBE efforts advising on budgets for IT and cyberspace activities and developing budget tracking processes.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Clearance: Active Top Secret
  • Education/Experience: Bachelors degree in field related to tasking with 5 Years of general experience
  • Technical: Proficiency in DoD PPBE processes such as budget formulation, execution, and certification requirements, financial analysis, budget tracking, and variance identification with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 to include Office, MS Teams, and SharePoint Online a plus.
  • Communication: Requires excellent communication skills and relentless attention to detail
OPPORTUNITY

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assist in DoD CIO CAEO PPBE efforts by advising on internal budget formulation and execution.
  • Support annual budget certification requirements under 10 U.S.C. Section 142.
  • Aid in the development and publication of annual Capability Programming Guidance.
  • Contribute to the formulation of budgets for information technology and cyberspace activities.
  • Review and analyze current budget plans and historical data to provide recommendations for improvements.
  • Develop and implement processes for tracking and managing budget execution.
  • Conduct regular financial analyses to assess budget performance and identify variances.
  • Ensure all budget activities comply with relevant regulations and internal policies.
  • Facilitate effective communication with stakeholders regarding budget status and financial performance.
  • Support efforts to ensure DoD Cyber capabilities align with all DoD CIO programmatic and budget guidance.
