We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Partner to join our team and provide strategic support to select business groups. In this role, you'll be responsible for offering guidance on key HR functions, including performance management, employee relations, talent development, succession planning, and compensation. You will act as a trusted advisor to leadership, helping to build managerial capabilities and navigate complex HR issues.

Main Duties:

  • Strategic Consultation: Develop a strong understanding of the business, offering advice to managers on human capital needs, workplace policies, and performance strategies. Help senior leaders build leadership within their teams.
  • Employee Relations: Advise on and manage employee relations matters such as harassment, accommodations, and disciplinary actions, while ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws.
  • Employee Engagement: Keep a pulse on employee morale and provide updates on relevant HR policies to managers.
  • Leadership and Development: Coach and train managers on talent management, development, and employee relations, while promoting a culture of growth, accountability, and inclusivity.
  • Collaboration & Data Analysis: Work with other HR team members to implement strategies aligned with business objectives. Analyze trends and collaborate to drive improvements across HR processes.

Qualifications:

  • 5-10 years of experience in a relevant HR or Employment Law role within the banking or financial services industry.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with an ability to operate in fast-paced environments.
  • Ability to handle sensitive matters with confidentiality, empathy, and good judgment.
  • Familiarity with HR software, such as Workday, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • A proactive, adaptable, and solution-driven approach, with the ability to offer clear guidance and hold others accountable.
