We are seeking an experienced ICC Mechanical Inspector to become an integral part of our team. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting mechanical systems and components in various construction projects, ensuring they meet all code requirements and safety standards. If you have a sharp eye for detail and a strong background in mechanical systems, we invite you to apply.

Pay: $34.00 - $40.00 per hour

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform comprehensive inspections of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
  • Verify compliance with building codes, standards, and regulations.
  • Prepare clear, accurate inspection reports and documentation.
  • Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and project managers to address and resolve issues.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • ICC Mechanical Inspector certification required.
  • Solid experience in mechanical systems inspection and evaluation.
  • In-depth knowledge of relevant building codes and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage inspections efficiently.
