In this vital role you will analyze clinical biomarker data across a range of platforms, including but not limited to flow cytometry, immunoassays, transcriptomics, proteomics, spatial-omics, and other biomarker assays. This high-visibility role will contribute to advancing Amgen's clinical programs and studies by integrating computational biology and bioinformatics techniques with biological and clinical data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop clinical biomarker analysis plans to support evidence generation, precision medicine during clinical development of therapeutic molecules.
  • Design and execute workflows for biomarker data analysis, integrating genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, spatial and other omics modalities to support Amgen's early and late clinical development programs.
  • Lead the analysis and interpretation of clinical biomarker data from various assay platforms, including flow cytometry, immunoassays, transcriptomics, proteomics, and spatial-omics.
  • Design and implement computational algorithms to analyze multi-omics, multi-modal, and high-content data, with applications in target engagement evaluation, patient stratification, response prediction, indication selection, assay development, and diagnostic development.
  • Work closely with clinical scientists and biomarker leads, to extract biological insights from high-dimensional datasets and integrate them into reverse translational research and clinical development plans.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with early development teams, biostatistics, clinical pharmacology, clinical biomarker leads, and research teams to manage data integration, analysis, and presentation.
