Must be PA residents or live within a 3-hour drive to the Harrisburg area.
Position Type: Hybrid / Remote
Contract Length: 8 months, likely extension

Position Overview:
The Specialist will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing public-facing and internal applications. The role includes troubleshooting, bug fixes, and assisting with the development of new applications to support onboarding. Candidates should have a strong technical background in ASP.Net, .Net Core, SQL Server, API development, and UI design, with additional skills in Azure, Angular, and DevOps. Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork abilities are essential.

  • 5 years of Full Stack development experience
  • ASP.NET
  • .NET Core
  • VB.NET and C#
  • ASP.NET Webforms, MVC
  • Razor Pages / Views
  • DevOps Sprints
  • TFS and Git
  • Strong understanding of API development
  • SQL Server
  • SQL writing scripts, stored procedures
  • SSRS reports
  • UI Development using HTML, jQuery, Bootstrap
Duties:
  • Develop and implement enhancements to improve the functionality and performance of existing applications.
  • Assist in designing, coding, and deploying new public-facing and internal applications to support onboarding.
  • Write, review, and optimize code for both front-end and back-end components using ASP.Net, .Net Core, VB.Net, C#, MVC, Razor Pages, HTML, jQuery, and Bootstrap.
  • Write and optimize SQL scripts, stored procedures, and SSRS reports for data retrieval and reporting, ensuring smooth database interaction and performance.
  • Design, implement, and manage Web APIs and Web Services to integrate various systems and enhance application functionality.
