Your role in our mission

Develop your career as you support Gainwell's focus on creating innovative, purpose-built technologies and solutions to deliver better health and human services outcomes.

  • Attend daily stand-up/stand-down calls.
  • Participate in all SDLC phases of Dynamics implementations.
  • Provide support to clients under maintenance or operations contracts.
  • Continue MS Dynamics education.
  • Assist the deployment team as needed.
  • Attend meetings with project stakeholders (e.g., requirements gathering, design sessions, infrastructure build sessions).
  • Complete assigned tasks/user stories and provide daily status updates.
  • Conduct unit testing and support SIT, UAT, and other testing phases as needed.
  • Assist in creating software development and business analysis for the D365 ecosystem.
  • Apply working knowledge of SDLC, best practices, and industry-standard development methodologies.
  • Overcome technical obstacles by acting as a problem solver and strategic advisor, proactively identifying and resolving technical blockers.
  • Support interface development by advising developers on successful integration across the software ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective configurations within D365 CRM.
  • Assist with customization and administration of D365 CRM solution
    • CRM Customization: Entities, Attributes, Forms, Views, Dashboards, Reports and Web Resources
    • CRM Administration: Queues, Routing Rules, Business Rules, SLAs, KPIs, Security Roles


Key Technologies: JSON, REST, XML, CSV, SOAP, .NET Core, Postman, APIM, Azure Functions, Power Automate, File Transfers, MS ADO, Microsoft Power Pipeline Platform, Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM for Sales / Customer Service (version 9.2 or higher)

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of experience in the analysis, design, and development of integrations between D365 solutions and external applications
  • 3+ years of experience in configuring and customizing the D365 CRM user interface and user experience (UI/UX)
  • 3+ years of experience developing interfaces and integrations with MS Dynamics
  • Experience working in multi-tenancy environments, including networking, authentication, and API communication
  • Experience developing for MS Dynamics in healthcare settings is preferred

The pay range for this position is $80,000 - $100,000 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
