The Email Marketing Specialist will play a key role in creating and executing email campaigns to drive customer engagement, retention, and conversions. This position also involves maintaining e-commerce websites and supporting the company s overall sales and conversion strategies. Reporting directly to the Brand Communications Manager, this role is vital to the success of the marketing team.

Email Marketing Specialist Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, design, test, and analyze email marketing campaigns to measure effectiveness and optimize performance.
  • Manage email lists, identify target audiences, and ensure relevant content is delivered to the right segments.
  • Coordinate and manage digital assets, ensuring accuracy through regular quality checks.
  • Explore new tools and channels, leveraging SEO to improve email content and messaging.
  • Track and analyze website traffic, user behavior, and marketing trends, reporting on the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Implement and manage campaigns via marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, and others.
  • Use ERP systems (SAP, Oracle Cloud, NetSuite, Odoo) to enhance efficiency and streamline operations.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement in email marketing strategies.

Email Marketing Specialist Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in email marketing or digital marketing.
  • Proficiency in email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, iContact, Klaviyo, or HubSpot.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and SEO systems.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with a team and work independently.
  • Initiative-driven and capable of performing quality checks with minimal supervision.

Email Marketing Specialist Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor s Degree in Digital Marketing, Multimedia, or a related field, or equivalent experience in digital marketing or graphic design.
  • High School Diploma required.
