Before we arrived on the scene, if you wanted really great beauty products, you had to shop at traditional beauty retail - and overpay for all the crazy markups. This role is paying $60,000-75,000 pro rata for a 6 month FTC

Description of the role

This is an incredibly exciting opportunity to join our team. On a day to day basis, you will be responsible for:

  • Support team with all aspects of product sends out: organization, shipping, order placement, tracking, etc.
  • Maintain database with contact information
  • Create and maintain system to track stock of in-office samples
  • Flag low stock on hero products and other bestsellers, regularly order stock for new launches
  • Facilitate ongoing influencer and talent product send outs alongside monthly seeding strategy
  • Create and manage short and long term calendars for brand opportunities and culturally relevant moments
  • Maintain master influencer and talent database
  • Maintain weekly and monthly collection and reporting of influencer data tracking
  • Have a constant finger-on-the pulse of influencer, celebrity, pop-culture, beauty, entertainment, lifestyle and trade news
  • Conduct project specific and market research, presenting your findings to the broader marketing team where appropriate

Requirements

  • Prior experience in influencer marketing
  • Strong attention to detail, organization and data management
  • High proficiency in social/digital media platforms, Google Analytics, external Social Media databases and Windows/Mac OS; MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
  • Excellent understanding of the beauty industry is preferable, but not a prerequisite
  • Resourceful, solution-oriented and practical
  • Proficient in Google Workspace
  • Comfortable with Asana, Slack
  • Comfortable working on multiple projects at once
  • The stated experience and background is a guide and does not preclude applications from candidates with more or less experience, provided the requisite skills can be demonstrated.
