The Product Owner, Loyalty and Bonusing will help manage, improve, and integrate the loyalty and bonusing programs used by Scientific Games across the online lottery and loyalty programs we operate. You will be responsible for new feature ideation and development, as well as maintaining existing products and features. The ideal occupant of this role will be expected to not only bring ideas to the table, but also justify and execute on them.
  • Own the Loyalty & Bonusing road map for new and existing loyalty jurisdictions, as well as online lottery programs.
  • Develop and manage a loyalty program integration for online lottery sales programs.
  • Intimately understand the loyalty & bonusing capabilities of our current products.
  • Conduct market research to come up with new bonusing ideas, and keep the program up to date with current bonusing trends and features.
  • Develop feature enhancements such as new bonusing methods & loyalty innovations
  • Foster the relationship between bonusing, loyalty, and CRM to ensure cohesiveness among all channels.
  • Research current trends in the lottery and gaming space as they pertain to promotions and bonusing, and provide product recommendations for improvements
  • Oversee product integrations from start to finish to ensure they meet business needs and fulfill defined requirements.
  • Be in tune with the fast-paced Lottery and gaming space, along with the players that interact with it.


Required Experience:
  • Minimum of 3 years proven digital marketing and product development experience.
  • Understanding of loyalty program points economies.
  • Experience increasing customer engagement with new loyalty and bonusing concepts.
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing new technologies and consumer facing digital products.


Preferred Experience:
  • Knowledge of retail/lottery operations is helpful, but not required.
  • Understanding of online, as well as brick and mortar loyalty programs.


Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to turn conceptual feature/functionality into strategic actions.
  • Experience with project management methodologies like Agile/Scrum is preferred.
  • Tech-savvy with a passion for new technologies.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work with key stakeholders, both internal and external.
  • Internal/external presentation skills a must.
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • Strong starter who can quickly get up to speed on new markets and products.
  • Strong affinity for understanding target audience needs and buyer priorities.
  • A strong work ethic necessary to succeed in a dynamic, fast-moving and results oriented environment.
  • Travel requirements will be minimal
