Bloomberg's Enterprise Technology team is responsible for developing and deploying global enterprise connectivity and integration capabilities within Bloomberg. We are seeking a strong, senior-level Technical Product Manager to join the New York team.

As a Technology Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the strategy, development, and successful delivery of Technology products and solutions within the Enterprise Technology domain. Your goals will be to;

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive Product strategy that aligns with the company's vision, objectives and customer needs
  • Define and prioritize features, enhancements, and updates to the Product roadmap based on customer feedback, vertical analysis, and business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including verticals to gather requirements, define specifications, and drive the development process
  • Define business and technical standards across multiple business lines, and create developmental plans, priorities, and budgets.
  • Ensure the creation of clear and comprehensive documentation, guidelines, and usage examples to facilitate seamless integration for developers and partners
  • Ensure products meet high standards of reliability, scalability, and security
  • Plan and execute successful product launches, collaborating with Marketing and ensuring proper communication to internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the Implementation, Sales and Account management teams to create compelling product messaging, collateral, and go-to-market strategies to drive product adoption and revenue growth
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure performance, track user adoption, and identify areas for improvement
  • Engage with internal customers to gather feedback, understand pain points, and gather insights to enhance product offerings
  • Stay informed about relevant regulations and ensure products adhere to data privacy and security standards

Candidates should have:

  • 5+ years in a Technical Product Management role
  • Experience working in a Lean/Agile Product Development environment
  • A background in Capital markets and Financial technology
  • Strong technical understanding of ETL data platforms, APIs and Event Driven architectures
  • Good understanding of connectivity protocols such as FIX, HTTP, MQ, SFTP and their corresponding security patterns.
  • Experience in collaborating with UX teams on Web user interfaces.
  • Familiarity with Public Cloud products and technologies.

Salary Range = 00 USD Annually + Benefits + Bonus
