Role Summary:
Business/Systems Process Analyst will plan, test, implement, and validate IT system solutions that improve business efficiency and productivity as well as support business strategies and goals. This role will also Identify and communicate business needs and translate business requirements into technical system and functional specifications.

- Maintain, analyze, troubleshoot, and repair application issues
-Business Processes
- Evaluate, develop, test, implement, and maintain solutions to increase efficiency
-Business Analytics
- Design and develop reporting and analytics for better visibility into key metricsc.
-Business Systems
- Assist with evaluation, develop, test, implement, and maintain of new business systems
-Infrastructure
- Assist in planning and executing infrastructure strategy
-Security
- Assist in planning and executing security strategy
Support
Provide escalated Support
i. End Users
ii. Hardware
iii. Software
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in computer science or a relevant field, or two to four years of related experience/training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience administering a Windows domain environment
- Experience administering Microsoft 365 solutions
- Experience in Azure Cloud, planning, migrating, and managing solutions
- Experience with leveraging Microsoft Intune for device management, policy enforcement, and security compliance
- Solid understanding of planning, analysis, and testing techniques required to support an enterprise business system.
- Experience using ERP modules, technical understanding of frontend/backend features and functionalities and how they interact together is an asset - Accumatica, Vista, Sage 100
Skills
- General desktop OS knowledge (PC and Server).
- General network communication, network security, network administration, and wireless networking knowledge.
