Account Manager (Semiconductor Industry - Foundry sales background), CA, Direct Hire -Full time Position

Location: Irvine, CA or San Jose, CA - Onsite 5 days a week.

Responsibilities and Major Job Duties

1. Proactively serve customer on an ongoing basis, promote SMIC new technologies and collaborate with customers to achieve revenue, margin, NTO and other corporate business goals.
2. Create a strong business relationship with customers to develop strategic plans for business growth.
3. Execute and exceed assigned sales revenue, and fully responsible for managing and overseeing activities of assigned customers accounts, (logistics / engineering / business / marketing etc.)
4. Execute customer POs in time to meet company revenue goal with the co-ordination internal and external.
5. Negotiate contracts with customers (manufacturing, technology development, etc.)
6. Negotiate with customers in pricing, business issuesengineering, manufacturing operational issues to ensure the margin and revenue in growth.
7. Understand customers product and market to develop strategic plan for engagement.

Minimum Requirements

1. Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related fields. Master degree in the related fields preferred.
2. Technical knowledge and general understanding of semiconductor industry is required. Prior engineering experience is a big plus.
3. 12 years or more experience in semiconductor account management, sales, and/or marketing and/or CE. Experience in semiconductor / foundry sales is major plusCustomer Service oriented, teamwork spirit, proactive, pursue excellence, innovation & continuous improvement, planning and execution, analytical thinking & problem solving.
5. Excellent interpersonal skills for communication, presentation, negotiation, networking, and relationship building. Be able to build trust with customer base across all working level (from top executive to working level).
6. Be able to learn complex internal system and procedures.
