We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our cutting-edge team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in capturing business requirements for a program focused on API development, ensuring these requirements are effectively executed by the Product Owner and development teams. This role requires a strong ability to work across teams to gather requirements and exceptional documentation skills. Additionally, the candidate will be involved in quarterly planning and strategy sessions, contributing to the overall direction and success of the program.

Key responsibilities include listening to and collaborating with product owners to document actionable items and ensuring these items are followed through to completion. The candidate must have a proven track record of working in a collaborative environment and translating business needs into actionable work.

The candidate must possess proficiency in Confluence, Jira, and Microsoft Office, along with experience in the banking/finance sector. Knowledge of APIs, business planning, business requirements, and business requirements documentation, as well as familiarity with Mural, are considered flexible skills that will enhance the candidates effectiveness in this role.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, a highly analytical mindset, and the ability to listen and work closely with product owners to document and follow through on actionable items are essential soft skills for this position.

This role is more experience-based, valuing practical knowledge and proven expertise over formal education. The candidate will be part of a cutting-edge team, contributing to innovative projects and strategies.
