  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Content Marketing Contractor
We re now looking for a Content Marketing Contractor to help bring the core aspects of a health plan to life for our clients and members. This role will roll up to the Senior Product Marketing Manager.
Some projects that you will contribute to include:
  • Email communications to members to learn about our company in order to access their health plans
  • Email communications to members to guide them on how to use their benefits
  • Drafting, editing, and coordinating approvals for various content pieces as part of growth / content marketing campaigns (e.g., blog posts, whitepapers, etc.)
  • Ad-hoc copywriting/content review requests: sales collateral, website copy, landing page copy, ad copy, events collateral, etc.
Skills include:
  • Strong content design chops: you ll partner closely with our product content and business stakeholders to ensure our content is clear, concise and user friendly.
  • Email marketing experience: you have an understanding of how to draft impactful subject lines and call to actions to optimize engagement rates.
  • Tone and voice adaptability: you have a flexible writing style that can meet both our client and member marketing needs.
Qualifications:
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • 2-3 years of relevant writing and product experience
  • Experience developing and operationalizing content for product engagement
  • An uncanny ability to mimic voice and tone
  • An optimistic, solutions-driven demeanor
  • Ability to balance a need for speed and DIY spirit with difficulty and dedication to craft
  • Bilingual writers a plus, but not required
  • Healthcare industry experience a plus
Compensation: $36.00 - $48.28 per hour
