  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

As Digital Business Analyst you can become the point of reference for driving business growth with data and providing management with strategic insight to drive customer loyalty and improve operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to provide insights into customer behavior, sales trends, and market dynamics.
  • Analyze business performance metrics, trends, and patterns to identify challenges and opportunities of the digital market.
  • Design, develop, and maintain reports that are tied to the company’s strategic goals.
  • Work closely with demand planning to support ecommerce growth through inventory planning.
  • Monitor site funnel metrics and lead CRO - to identify traffic trends, click-through patterns, customer engagement, product performance, and purchase patterns.
  • Collaborate with performance marketing agency and support developing digital marketing campaign performance reports to continuously improve campaigns and performance marketing.
  • Market research: conduct market research to identify new opportunities, understand competitive dynamics, and stay informed about industry trends.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Data Science, or related field.
  • 2 years of experience in a business analyst role, preferably in an e-commerce or consumer good industry.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, GA4, preferably also SQL, Tableau and experience in ERP systems.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, able to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present data and insights clearly to diverse audiences.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to details.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
