Position Overview:

As a Dispute Analyst, you will be responsible for processing internal reports and keying transactions into the system for disputes. The role is focused on internal reporting and documentation with no direct interaction with cardholders. The position requires strong attention to detail, effective documentation of daily activities, and the ability to recognize new transactions in the reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately input and process dispute data from internal reports into the system.
  • Identify and document new transactions within the reports that require dispute resolution.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of all daily tasks and activities.
  • Work closely with internal personnel to ensure proper dispute processing—no direct cardholder interaction.
  • Collaborate with a global team to ensure dispute cases are handled effectively and efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • Strong typing skills with attention to accuracy and detail.
  • Experience in data entry or a similar role is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
  • Familiarity with dispute resolution processes or financial transactions.
