Job Title: Business Systems Analyst (BSA)

Location: Downtown Denver, CO (2 days on-site per week)

Rate: $60/hour

Employment Type: Long-term W-2 contract with potential for extension or conversion

About the Role:

Our government client is seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to join their team for a long-term contract role. This position focuses on supporting key projects within the Department of Transportation and Infrastructure as well as maintaining and enhancing the city’s fleet maintenance system, AssetWorks. A ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and an understanding of system integrations. A unicorn candidate will have experience with ADA compliance initiatives, a strong understand of APIs and web servers, and experience with AssetWorks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide BSA support for the Dept. of Transportation and Infrastructure project.
  • Maintain and enhance AssetWorks, the city’s fleet maintenance application used by the Fire Department and Department of Transportation. This includes handling upgrades and upcoming system enhancements.
  • Assess existing websites for ADA compliance and coordinate with web developers to implement necessary changes.
  • Maintain operational components of the AssetWorks system while supporting integrations with Field Force and Workday.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operation and enhancement of systems and applications.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst.
  • Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and web services.
  • Familiarity with AssetWorks or similar fleet management software is highly preferred.
  • Experience with Field Force is a plus due to its integration with AssetWorks.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate effectively across teams.

Preferred Candidate Location:

  • Candidates within the state of Colorado are preferred, but qualified out-of-state candidates will also be considered.
