About The Role

A proven Product Lead is sought to spearhead product strategy, oversee development, and align teams to execute key initiatives that shape the platform's future. In this senior leadership position, you will set a scalable product vision, collaborate cross-functionally, and ensure impactful solutions are delivered to enterprise-level customers.

In this role you will

- Define and own the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy and customer needs.

- Lead a team of product managers and collaborate closely with engineering and marketing to execute product initiatives seamlessly.

- Translate business goals into product strategy, prioritizing initiatives for maximum impact.

- Conduct market research and stay abreast of industry trends to inform product development.

- Foster customer-centric development through feedback gathering, usage data analysis, and feature iteration.

- Collaborate with senior leadership to achieve measurable product outcomes, promoting a culture of accountability and excellence.

What You’ll Bring

- 8+ years of product management experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership or senior role focused on enterprise B2B products.

- Demonstrated success in driving product strategy and execution in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Strong analytical skills, capable of translating data into actionable insights.

- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams.

- Experience in managing and mentoring product teams, fostering collaboration and innovation.
