The IT Project Manager - Senior will facilitate the delivery of technology solutions for a defined group of capabilities or products. We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join the Contact Center and Service Operations Product and Planning team. The Contact Center and Service Operations Sr. PM will be responsible for leading one or more large scale, complex, and cross functional programs, often spanning multiple organizations.
Skills
- 5+ years in technology and/or healthcare business
- Project management experience required
- Contact Center Technology project management experience is REQUIRED
- Must have CC Tech experience on the Application side (IVR, ICM, CVP, Call Control, Desktop), not infrastructure
- Genesys Migration to Cisco is HIGHLY preferred
- Problem-solving skills, the ability to work in a team, a strong work ethic, flexibility and adaptability, communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to self-manage and drive results a must.
- Agile Methodology and reporting tool expertise (Jira, Jira Align) preferred.
- High degree of comfort in a fast-paced dynamic/ambiguous environment.
- Proven skill at balancing technical knowledge with business possibility and acumen.
Education
Bachelor's degree (preferred, not required) or equivalent experience
