Company is a leading distributor of nutritional ingredients such as vitamins, amino acids, and select herbal and botanical ingredients, serving the nutraceutical, feed, cosmetic, and food industries.

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join our team, focusing on current and potential customers across select territories in the West Coast and Mountain states, including Southern California, Utah, Colorado, Nevada, and Montana. This individual will be responsible for managing existing customer accounts, expanding business opportunities, and developing new customer relationships within these regions.

Key Responsibilities:

Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to meet their purchasing needs and support business growth.

Client Engagement: Regularly meet with customers to foster relationships and ensure continued satisfaction.

Reporting & Analysis: Oversee reporting on customer account health, ensuring all relevant details are updated and communicated effectively.

Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (Quality, Customer Service, Purchasing, and Logistics) to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.

Market Insights: Collaborate with R&D and key decision makers within customer organizations to identify new product opportunities and emerging market trends.

Trade Show Representation: Attend industry trade shows to represent, strengthen existing relationships, and develop new business opportunities.

Product Expertise: Stay informed about market trends, product offerings, and industry developments, and share insights with customers and the internal team.

Salary Range:

$110,000 - $150,000.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of account management experience, with specific knowledge of Southern California and Utah territories.

Client-Facing Role: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proven experience in a customer-facing role.

Travel-Ready: Willingness and ability to travel within the designated regions to meet with clients.

Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
