  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Key Responsibilities:

<>Application Development and Management:</>
  • Analysis and Design: Analyze current systems and processes to identify areas for improvement. Design and configure applications to meet organizational needs, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
  • Application Deployment: Lead the deployment of IT applications related to SAP Plant Maintenance, OnBase, Agile Assets, and other relevant systems. Ensure that all applications are functional, user-friendly, and aligned with project requirements.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive system documentation, including detailed technical specifications, user manuals, and quick reference guides to support ongoing maintenance and user training.
<>Project Leadership:</>
  • Vendor Collaboration: Oversee projects developed by external vendors, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle. Provide insights and guidance on SAP Plant Maintenance processes to facilitate smooth development.
  • Meeting Facilitation: Organize and lead meetings with project team members, stakeholders, and vendors to discuss project status, address challenges, and strategize solutions. Ensure that all parties are aligned with project goals and timelines.
<>Quality Assurance and Troubleshooting:</>
  • Testing and Validation: Conduct unit testing and quality assurance (QA) testing to validate application performance. Identify and troubleshoot issues, implementing solutions to ensure optimal functionality.
  • ServiceNow Management: Regularly update tickets in ServiceNow to track issues, changes, and project progress. Provide timely feedback and resolution for reported problems.
<>Change Management:</>
  • Effort Estimation: Provide accurate level of effort estimates for change requests and enhancements to existing systems. Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize requests based on business needs and resource availability.
<>Other Duties:</>
  • Perform additional related duties as assigned to support the overall objectives of the PTC and enhance team performance.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 5+ Years of Experience in:

    • SAP Plant Maintenance: Extensive experience in implementing and managing SAP Plant Maintenance applications.
    • SAP Work Manager Mobile Application: Familiarity with mobile application development and deployment within the SAP ecosystem.
    • OnBase Document Management System: Proficiency in managing documents and workflow processes using OnBase.
    • Agile Assets: Knowledge of Agile Assets applications, including Sign Management, Pavement Management, and Tunnel Management.
    • Pontis Bridge Management System (BrM): Expertise in using Pontis for managing bridge assets and related data.
    • Gasboy Fuel Management System: Experience with Gasboy for fuel management and tracking.
    • EKOS Fuel Management System: Knowledge of EKOS for fuel management processes.
    • MS Azure DevOps: Proficiency in using Azure DevOps for project management and application lifecycle management.

  • Technical Skills:

    • Proven ability to design, configure, and deploy enterprise applications and integrations supporting infrastructure projects.
    • Strong analytical skills to assess complex problems and develop effective solutions.
    • Excellent troubleshooting skills to identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues efficiently.

  • Soft Skills:

    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members, stakeholders, and vendors.
    • Strong leadership abilities to guide project teams and facilitate productive discussions.
