Production Supervisor

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Production Supervisor, you will oversee the creation of telecom design deliverables, and managing multiple people and projects. You will need to solve complex OSP design issues and provide weekly reports on your team and production progress to senior management. To succeed in this role, you must understand telecom networks, architectures, and deployment practices.

 Engage in communication with employees, contractors, vendors, and customers to support the

objectives of an assigned area, department, or project.

 Evaluate tasks and reports to ensure they are accurate, complete, and compliant

 Establish and maintain processes to facilitate the successful completion of tasks within an assigned area, department, or project.

 Oversee, mentor, and lead employees within a designated area, department, or project

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

 3+ years of related work experience

 Strong understanding of telecommunications network design and familiarity with

telecommunications design software

 Ability to read, understand, interpret, input, and analyze data with a high degree of accuracy and

completeness

 The ability to read and understand highway/road prints and identify conflicts with outside plant

facilities

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

 Previous supervisory and/or managerial experience

 Experience in managing large, complex programs and high-volume projects
