About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Repo - Rates Trading - Junior Business Manager to join our Corporate & Investment platform.

In this role, you will:

Key responsibilities include:
  • Serve in a horizontal role as part of the Rates, Commodities and Contingent Credit Trading COO (RCCCT COO) team. The COO role is to act as an extension of the leaders in all things related to business strategy, infrastructure, expenses, technology, operations, compliance and change management.
  • Partner closely with the RCCCT COOs to help ensure seamless execution on key deliveries.
  • Serve as the liaison between the Lines of Business and various support partners, driving accountability across all internal functions supporting the businesses.
  • Assist with RCSA, LOB Audits, Testing and Validation Engagements, Corrective Action Remediation and Regulatory Requests that are relevant to RCCCT Sales and Trading
  • Work with relevant stakeholders to ensure that key business controls are properly stood up, executing as intended, and are documented appropriately
  • Identify ways to increase efficiency within RCCCT and help drive the execution of those items
  • Serve as a point person on ensuring compliance with our user access and third party recertification program
  • Partner with product management to liaise, scope, and prioritize technology requirements on behalf of RCCCT LOB, inclusive of model and curve changes.
  • Develop subject matter acumen associated with key trading system data and reference data (inclusive of USM data, sales credit data, Execution Time Stamp data, etc), and, be able to work with the Data and Analytics team on the buildout of any associated dashboards and relevant ad-hoc reports.
  • Assist in the creation of visual representations as required for the LOB (PPT, Excel, etc)


Required Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired qualifications:
  • 2+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning within Capital Markets / Corporate Investment Banking
  • Experience with Rates or Repo products a plus
  • Experience with Capital Market products
  • Experience partnering with sales and trading or other internal partners across LOB to develop strategy and/or building out efficiencies
  • MS Office
  • BA/BS Degree
