Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree
  • Minimum of three years of professional experience (experience providing support to attorneys or others in the legal function preferred but not required)

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with investigating, responding to and preparing for labor grievances & arbitrations, employment legal demand letters, responses to agency charges, and other legal and administrative matters.
  • Triage inquires from internal clients and union representatives regarding union contract compliance; research and respond as assigned.
  • Support human resources in connection with investigations and potential discipline regarding employee misconduct within parameters of union agreements.
  • Support and execute union contract administration as assigned.
  • Interact with human resources team members, operational managers, union representatives and attorneys.
