  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Our client, A 20bn+ PE firm is looking to hire a VP of Investor Relations to join their team

Responsibilities:

  • Interact and communicate directly with Limited Partners (LPs) to ensure that LP requests, inquiries and needs are being handled in a timely manner
  • Work closely with a range of teams to ensure that all are aligned on LP requests and any outbound communications to LPs
  • Have a thorough knowledge of LP base
  • Monitor the Investor Services inbox for incoming LP requests, which includes logging requests in Salesforce
  • Ensure the Investor Services team has necessary supporting documentation for all required investor information
  • Ensure that Investor Contact updates are made efficiently and completely within Salesforce and monitoring all related API data transfers to DX Investor Portal and other downstream systems
  • Execute and provide support to other team members on document loading, data structure, enhancements, testing, and follow up on all matters pertaining to Investor Portal
  • Aid in regular communication to all respective users on any system enhancements, system outages and best practices as they arise
  • Assist in uploading documents as necessary for nonroutine scenarios

Qualifications / Characteristics Sought:

  • Strong academic background, undergraduate degree or higher preferred
  • 7-14 yrs+ of applicable experience in investor relations, marketing, and/or private equity fund accounting
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel
  • Experience with CRM systems, RFP software and investor services systems (particularly Salesforce and/or SunGard DX) a plus
  • Experience in alternative investments a plus
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams
  • Strong prioritization and project management skills
