The eCommerce Department is seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager of Omnichannel Strategy to drive our Omnichannel growth initiatives. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of our customer experience across all channels, ensuring seamless integration and maximizing our market presence. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of retail strategies, growth thru innovation, digital transformation, and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Market Analysis and Insights:
Conduct analysis to understand industry trends, customer behaviors, and competitive landscape.
Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to inform strategic decisions.
Strategic Planning and Execution:
Design and implement initiatives to improve the customer journey across all touchpoints, understanding what capabilities the company currently has and white space to focus on
Develop, implement and measure comprehensive Omnichannel strategies that align with Albertsons business objectives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with various departments including marketing, operations, shopper experience, loyalty, analytics & data science, finance, and IT to ensure alignment and successful execution of Omnichannel initiatives.
Foster a collaborative environment to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting.
Track initiatives and hold cross-functional teams accountable to deadlines and goals.
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of Omnichannel initiatives.
Create and present strategic opportunities, business findings, and challenges to Senior Leadership thru PowerPoint and Word documents.
Communicate insights and recommendations in a succinct and easy-to-understand manner to leadership
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
2+ years in MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT, focused on RETAIL INDUSTRY
Expert in PowerPoint, being able to synthesize and present findings to Senior Leadership
Strong understanding of Omnichannel strategies and digital transformation.
Excellent analytical (Excel, SQL is a plus), problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively as a member of cross-functional teams to deliver results.
Flexible self-starter who flourishes in a dynamic environment; must be able to work with minimal direction
High energy, Intellectual curiosity, and passion for problem-solving and comfort with ambiguity.
