This is a Technical, Hands-on experience and IC role.

We are hiring Technical Lead, Digital Marketing Program (GMP, GA, GTM & SEO role) with 10+ years of IT and related experience. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in Google Marketing Program (GMP), Google Analytics (GA / GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Hot Jar, Site Improve, Dashboard along with having in-depth SEO analysis skills across various marketing programs. 8-10 years' experience working in a marketing or related role; Experience managing Marketing Email campaigns. Experience with Marketo or similar marketing automation system; Familiarity with Salesforce or any other similar CRM. Demonstrated experience working in an analytics/data-driven roles. Bachelor s Degree or higher in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience. Preferred - Any technical certification in Google Analytics, GTM. Team size handled (if any) - Minimum 8 years/more. Strong customer service & customer facing skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and multitasking skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to lead and motivate others. Ability to work well in a team environment. Be proactive and take strategic decisions and suggest best practices.

Google Marketing Platform (GMP) Roles/Responsibilities:

  • Strong experience in Digital Marketing, Google Analytics (GA / G4A), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Ads, SEO, Pay per click analysis, KPIs tracking and data analysis
  • Excellent in Analysing performance data and optimized campaigns for better performance Analytics strategy and Analytics dashboarding skills; Apart from GA4 and GTM, Tools like Hotjar, Siteimprove etc
  • Executed tests, collected, and analysed data and identified trends and insights to achieve maximum ROI
  • Experience in Monitoring competitors activity to identify any new strategies that may affect business goals
  • Successfully developed and implemented digital marketing campaigns across a variety of social media channels to drive growth and customer engagement
  • Well designed and implemented SEO and PPC strategies to increase brand visibility and website traffic
  • Collaborated with team members to develop effective strategies to optimize website user experience and maximize conversions

SEO Roles/Responsibilities:

  • Conducting market research to better comprehend prevailing consumer behaviours
  • Reviewing our former campaigns to ascertain areas of strength and weakness, which could inform subsequent outputs
  • Conceptualizing marketing campaigns that speak directly to the pain points of existing and prospective clients
  • Experience Affiliated marketing, SEO efforts and conversion funnels to generate monthly unique visitors and in monthly revenue
  • Designed, implemented and optimized retargeting ads using Facebook and AdWords to improve the visitor conversion
  • Planned and performed keyword research, in SEO; Created a holistic paid acquisition strategy which improves ROI
  • Implemented A/B testing framework for SEO purposes for all content, which improves ranking. Been a part of the launch of a campaign for a new product
  • Collect A/B testing data to improve campaign performance, leading to average improvement (campaign start to campaign end)
