    Required Skills:

    • 6+ years of relevant experience in training and development, particularly with technology-focused training programs.
    • Proven experience in developing and delivering training programs for large-scale system implementations.
    • Excellent organizational and project management skills to handle detailed training schedules and materials development.
    • Strong ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively in both written and verbal formats.
    • Experience in creating detailed training manuals and user guides that include visual aids such as screenshots.
    • Capability to manage multiple training sessions and adapt teaching methods to a variety of audiences.
    • Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with all levels of client employees.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, and experience producing materials in PDF
    • Bachelor s degree in Education, Training, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • Previous experience working with Housing Authorities or Government Agencies is Highly Desirable.
    • This role will be in Hybrid mode and the consultant will be involved in onsite work at client facilities and may also need to manage virtual training sessions as required.
