SAP S4 HANA Business Analyst

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
* Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document
business requirements related to SAP S4 HANA modules.
* Evaluate existing business processes and identify opportunities for process
optimization through the effective use of SAP S4 HANA.
* Configure SAP S4 HANA modules based on business requirements, ensuring
alignment with best practices.
* Design and document functional specifications for SAP S4 HANA solutions,
ensuring they meet business needs and are scalable for future growth.
* Develop and execute test plans, including unit testing, integration testing,
and user acceptance testing (UAT), to ensure the system meets the specified
requirements.
* Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they are equipped to
effectively use the SAP S4 HANA system.
* Assist in managing project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure
successful implementation of SAP S4 HANA projects.
* Work closely with IT, finance, supply chain, Service and other departments to
ensure seamless integration of SAP S4 HANA with other enterprise systems.
* Maintain up-to-date documentation of business processes, system
configurations, and functional specifications.
* Stay current with the latest SAP S4 HANA updates and industry trends to
recommend new features or improvements to the system.

Experience
* Knowledge of HubSpot, Concur SAP and Integrations would be a plus.
* 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on SAP S4 HANA.
* Proven experience in full-cycle SAP S4 HANA implementations and
upgrades.
* In-depth knowledge of one or more SAP S4 HANA modules (e.g., FICO, MM,
Procurement, SD etc.).

* Strong understanding of SAP S4 HANA architecture and functionality.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
* Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
* SAP S4 HANA certification is a plus.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education
* Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
