Job purpose

The Jr. Sales Operations Analyst works closely with the Sr. Sales Operations Analyst to enhance CTTI’s sales processes as well as evaluate and organize data and provide support to multiple departments. The Sr. Analysts will sit with the finance department and handle all large scale and long term projects, as well as all data creation and upkeep. They will handle all financial recording and reporting for the Sales Team. This includes but is not limited to daily stats, weekly performance reports, and monthly commission reports. The Jr. Analysts will sit with the Sales Department on the Sales Operations Team and work hand in hand with the Sr. Analyst to complete daily tasks pertaining only to the sales team. Such as pulling all the data produced by the Sr. Analyst to send out End of Day reports, Morning Reports, Daily KPI’s, Monthly Reviews etc.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Sends end of day email reports to Director of Business Development
  • Prepares to display data for every sales associate on KPI’s, phone dials, talk time, appointments, and demos for sales performance reviews
  • Assists with running payments and issuing complimentary tickets on our ecommerce platforms
  • Manages dashboard casting on the Sales Room TVs utilizing Google Data Studio
  • Reports activity and training expectations to our Sales Team Leaders
  • Generate Events attendee reports as needed for the executive team
  • Works on miscellaneous projects as requested by the Sales Executive team

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field preferred
  • Advanced Skill with G-Suite (Sheets, Documents, Gmail, Calendars, Slides) and basic PDF editing functions
  • Strong proficiency with Excel
  • Proficient with creating process flows
  • Intermediate Skill with Pivot Tables
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Technical expert with the ability to learn new software programs
  • Competent problem solver
  • Great Attitude
  • Able to function effectively in a fast-paced work environment
