Job Summary The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the execution of Brand & Business Unit (BU) – brief to creative execution – program planning. This individual will do this by leading the relationship building of cross functional partners and support the coordination of program execution. They will work cross functionally with key stakeholders both internally and externally to carry out a cohesive message and program plans across multiple channels. This role will be the glue that connects the different cross functional teams to ensure best in class execution with a strong focus on alignment. Representative Responsibilities

  • In partnership with key stakeholder on any given project, help define the creative brief and executional needs to ensure the program is successful.
  • This role will lead relationship building with cross functional partners by building trust among internal partners and driving influence in decision making across the teams.
  • Defines the project plan, identifies deliverables, develops timelines, monitors project progress, sets deadlines in partnership with Traffic manager of brand, negotiate and solve issues that arise, and manage budget parameters.
  • Lead projects by working with teams to drive clear consistent communication and alignment across the group.
  • Lead all check ins with key stakeholders, as well as sharing out project tracking, and identifying gaps and opportunities as needed.
  • This role will be tasked with understanding the project risk and have a comprehensive understanding when gaps or challenges need to be escalated.
  • Works closely with cross functional teams (Product, creative, BUs) to execute smooth hand off of work and proper leadership approvals to ensure alignment for execution.
  • Work as a true execution leader of the strategy and plans to ensure all deliverables are complete with consistency.
  • Track project performance specifically to analyze the successfully completion of short- and long-term goals.
  • This role will lead relationship building with cross functional partners by building trust among internal partners and driving influence in decision making across the teams.

Required Education

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field required.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 1-3 years of project management experience, with some cross functional project management experience.
  • Relevant marketing experience in a product-oriented, consumer driven company preferred.
  • Outstanding organizational skills with demonstrated ability to prioritize workload and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with the proven ability to communicate with all levels of management.
  • Team mentality, passion for the consumer and ability to connect the dots.
  • Ability to be a team player with driving a sense of calmness in high stress situations.
  • Advanced experience and proficiency using Excel, PowerPoint/Keynote, Word, etc.
  • Intermediate experience and proficiency in Project Management/Enterprise software preferred.
  • Physical Requirements and Working Conditions
  • Hybrid Office Environment
  • Sedentary; lifts up to 10 lbs. involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time.
  • Office equipment used: such as computer, copier, projector, phone, etc.
  • Light Travel; less than 10%
  • This position has a Hybrid location: Associate will work on-site regularly as needed for work activities.
