We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Research Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and auditing recurring file transfers, communicating with clients, generating lists using basic querying, enhancing data, performing basic analytics and visualizations using dashboards, and assisting with project management tasks.

Essential duties and responsibilities for this position:

〉 Collaborate with stakeholders to define survey goals, interpret findings, and generate actionable insights for continuous improvement.

〉 Communicate with clients to gather requirements and provide updates on file transfers and project status.

〉 Plan presentation of survey results through analytics for dashboards, PowerPoint presentations, and other visualizations to help stakeholders understand and interpret data.

〉 Assist with project management tasks such as coordinating and documenting relevant project details.

〉 Ensure the accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of survey results while monitoring key metrics to inform business decisions.

〉 Generate lists using basic querying techniques to support data analysis and reporting.

〉 Enhance data quality by performing data cleansing, deduplication, and validation.

〉 Join team members in finding efficiencies in processes and leveraging innovative technology to help enhance and expand company service offerings.

Other position details:

〉 Limited travel required for training, internal meetings, and client services

〉 Position offers flexibility to be onsite or remote

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact professionally with clients and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in file management tools such as FTP, SFTP, and secure email protocols
  • Experience with basic querying techniques and data enhancement
  • Proficiency with basic analytics and visualization tools such as Excel, Splunk, or Power BI
  • PowerBI certification required within one year of employment (paid by Inside Information)
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
