  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

THE CLIENT

The client is a leading Investment Bank based in NYC who is looking to increase their investments into Renewable Energy Assets including Carbon Capture, Green Hydrogen, Solar, Wind, and Battery Storage.

THE ROLE

As an Associate on the Project Finance Portfolio Management team, responsibilities will include:

  • Monitor a portfolio of renewable energy and infrastructure projects
  • Refinance transactions and perform workouts and restructurings
  • Prepare reports for the investment team and management
  • Understand the renewable energy market, including technology, operations and maintenance, financing structures and market risks

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

  • 3+ years of Project Finance experience or equivalent within renewable energy or infrastructure
  • Exposure to legal processes and review
  • Detail-oriented and posses proven organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be in the NYC Metropolitan Area or willing to relocate
  • Bachelor's Degree
